How to host an instant Zoom Meeting in Easy Steps- User Guide

This post was most recently updated on July 22nd, 2022

Zoom’s instant video meeting feature is easy to use after you create an account and install the app. In an instant meeting, participants can join the meeting right away without having to schedule or invite them in advance. You can invite other participants at any time to an instant meeting. You must invite people to a meeting using the meeting control bar on your screen.

Note:

If you start an instant meeting from the Zoom Desktop Client or Zoom mobile app, it will expire at the end of the meeting. Scheduled instant meetings will expire after 24 to 48 hours using the API.
