Setting up faxing (AudioCodes MP1XX series) In Zoom App
AudioCodes MP1XX series ATA devices (for example, MP124 and MP112) can be configured to support faxing using the parameters listed in this article.
Zoom Phone users can also use FaxSIPit as a fax alternative.
Prerequisites for setting up fax support for an AudioCodes MP1XX series gateway
- Gateways that are MP12XX certified by Zoom Phone and are provisioned by Zoom Phone
- are configured with analog ports and are able to receive and make calls to analog ports
The purpose of this article is not to describe how to set up or configure the MP1XX series ATAs. Assumed in this article are digital ports configured, as well as the fact that digital calls are routed to and from the analog ports. There is also the possibility of assigning fax parameters to an analog port that is already configured in an application. More information about the MP1XX gateways can be found on the AudioCodes website.
