Zoom Room Host Key Control
When joining meetings in multiple Zoom rooms, the first participant is the meeting host. You can use the host key to switch host control to another Zoom room.
Prerequisites
- Account where Zoom Room is set
procedure
Request Host Control in the Zoom Room:
- Start a hosted meeting.
- Join the meeting from the Zoom room.
- Tap the Manage Participant icon in the Zoom Room iPad controller . The Participant List is displayed.
Click Request Host at the bottom of the Participant list . A dialog will appear, allowing you to claim the role of the host.
- Enter the 6-digit host key and tap [ OK ]. The Zoom room has become the meeting organizer.
