Please check the meeting host’s chat settings.
You can not chat in a meeting if the chat feature is turned off.
Even if the participant’s chat function is on, if the meeting host’s chat is off, you can not chat in the meeting.
Use the following method to turn on the meeting host chat feature.
1. Turn on the chat function for the user
Turn on chat and private chat from My Meeting settings .
If you can not chat within a meeting this way, please check ON / OFF the chat function for the whole account .
2. The administrator turns on the chat function of the whole account from account settings
Turn on chat and private chat from account settings .
This setting gives you bulk control over chat features in your account.
