In this article we will show you how to invite contacts, invite by email, invite by phone, and invite room systems.
Prerequisites
Invitation from inside:
- Company contacts have been added to the User Management page or have the same domain.
- The Zoom Room is set on the Zoom Room page .
- The H.323 / SIP room system needs to be configured on the [ Room Connector ] tab, and the account needs to be registered to the Cloud Room Connector ( CRC ) add-on.
Invitation from outside:
- Invite by Email: I have a valid email.
- Invite in conference room system: Know the conference room IP address or E.164 and subscribe to the Cloud Room Connector (CRC).
- Invite by phone: Account is registered for callout function
How to invite using contacts
- During a meeting, tap Invite on the controller .
- [ Invitation from the contact and then tap the tab.
- Select the Zoom room, H.323 / SIP room, or company contact you want to invite.
- Tap [ Invite ].
Invite by email
- During a meeting, tap Invite on the controller .
- [ Invitation by e-mail , tap the tab.
- [ Destination in the field, enter the e-mail address of the invitees. If you’re inviting more than one user, please add a space to separate the email addresses.
- Click Send Invitation .
Invite by phone
- During a meeting, tap Invite on the controller .
- [ Invitation on the phone and then tap the tab.
- If you are dialing an international number, tap the flag icon to select a country code.
- Dial the number and then tap the phone icon.
Invite the Room system
- During a meeting, tap Invite on the controller .
- [ Room invite system and then tap the tab.
- Enter the IP address or E.164 number, select H.323 or SIP, and then click Call.
