Prerequisites for managing entry IDs
- An account owner or administrator must have the following privileges:
- There are three types of accounts available: Pro, Business, and Education
- License for Zoom Contact Center
How to create an entry ID
- The Zoom web portal can be accessed by logging in to your account.
- Select Contact Center Management from the navigation menu, then click Preferences from the drop-down menu.
- You will find the Entry ID tab on the left side of the screen.
- In the Create window, click the button.
- If you would like to create an entry ID with a display name, just enter a display name and click Create.
On the list, you will be able to see the new entry ID. - In order for a flow to be created, the entry point must be added.
How to delete an entry ID
- To access the Zoom web portal, you will need to sign in.
- Choose Contact Center Management from the navigation menu, then click Preferences from the drop-down list.
- You will find the Entry ID tab on the left side of the screen.
- Click Delete in the last column when you have located the entry ID you would like to delete, then click the button next to it.

How are Zoom meeting IDs generated?
There are a number of nine digits associated with a meeting ID that identify a specific instant or scheduled meeting. Zoom creates an ID for each meeting that is created, and each ID number is unique for each meeting that is created after it is created by Zoom.
