Exporting Zoom Events reports

Registration management, ticket sales, registration management, hub followers, and poll/survey responses are all useful data to collect using Zoom Events reports. Different metrics and information reports can be generated by Hosts using Reports. It is possible to export these reports in CSV format for further analysis.

Prerequisites for exporting Zoom Events reports

  • Zoom desktop client
    • Windows: 5.7.6 or higher
    • MacOS: 5.7.6 or higher
  • Zoom mobile client
    • IOS: 5.7.6 or higher
    • Android: 5.7.6 or higher
  • Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
  • Zoom Events license

Notes:

  • Although version 5.7.6 supports Zoom Events, there may be a blank lobby experience for hosts due to a dependency with Windows’ Webview package.
  • It is strongly recommended that hosts update their Zoom desktop client/mobile application to the latest version in order to take advantage of the latest Zoom Events and Webinar features.

How to export registration management reports

Export a list of registrants

Any Zoom Event can be exported as a CSV file by the host.

Export registrant order information

Note: Conference events are the only ones eligible for this.

It is possible to export the order information of registrants using Zoom Events registration management.

How to export Analytics reports

As part of the event creation flow, you will find a section called Analytics (Host Analytics Dashboard) where you will find reports about the performance of your event.

Export Overview event performance reports

All summary reports

A summary report will include metrics obtained from the Events Details Page, the Event Lobby, the Event Sessions, the Event Expo, the Sponsors of the Event and the Event Source Tracker for the Event.

It is possible to download different Host Analytics Dashboard reports regarding your event using the Download CSV function of the Host Analytics Dashboard. A ZIP file that contains all the individual Host Analytics Dashboard reports can also be downloaded as a ZIP file, which will be downloaded as a single ZIP file that you can use to download all summary reports.

Registrant metrics

In addition, you can download registrant metrics using the Download CSV function:

  • Chat Transcript
  • Registration Report
  • Event Attendance Details
  • Expo Attendance by Sponsor

Registration & Ticketing

The Registration and Ticketing tab includes metrics related to ticketing and registration.

The Download CSV button at the bottom of the page allows you to download one or more reports.

  • Event Details Page: These metrics are collected from the Event Details Page.
  • Event Source Tracking: The Event Source Tracking metrics are included here.

Sessions

You can view all event metrics in this tab.

Choose which reports you want to download below the session information:

  • Event Sessions: Metrics are included from all Event Sessions.
  • Session Attendance: You can download an attendance report for a particular session by checking the box in the pop-up window. Your selected session is the only one included in this report.

Attendees

Your event and session attendance metrics can be found on the Attendees tab. Analyses of lobby traffic are also included.

You can download one or more reports at the bottom of the page by clicking Download CSV.

  • Event Lobby: The Event Lobby metrics are included in this report.
  • Event Attendance Details: You can download this same report under the Overview tab.

Expo

Expo tab contains all event expo metrics and analytics.

You can download one or more reports at the bottom of the page by clicking Download CSV.

  • Event Expo: Event Expo metrics are included here.
  • Expo Attendance by Sponsor: Registrant details are provided, along with attendance (or absence) records for an expo’s sponsored booths.

Sponsors

Views and Chat messages received by sponsors of each event can be tracked.

You can download a CSV file of all metrics from Event Sponsors by clicking Download CSV below the sponsor information.

Export survey reports

Your event’s survey results can be found in the Survey & Polls tab.

By clicking the Export button next to the number of surveys, you will be able to export the data. A CSV file of your survey reports will be downloaded.

Frequently Asked Questions

Select Usage in the Reports section of the Zoom portal. You can search past meetings by selecting the time range and clicking Search. Select the number of participants from the meeting you are looking for. Using the Export button, you can create a CSV file from the list.
 
A Zoom Event host is able to download a list of participants as well as export it as a CSV file for their reference by downloading it and converting it to a chart file. On the Registration page, you will be able to register for the event. The information you are looking for can be found under the Registration tab on the registration page. You can download a CSV file by clicking on the Export button at the top right corner of the window.
 
Click on the Share Results button if you want to share the results of the meeting with other participants in the meeting if you wish. There will be a report available to you after the meeting which will include the poll results. A poll that was not anonymous will list the name and email address of each participant if registration was enabled and the poll was not anonymous.
 
Click on the Generate CSV Report button after selecting the webinar you would like to generate. You will automatically be notified when the report will be downloaded and it can then be accessed by any app that is capable of reading CSV format, such as Excel, Notepad, or any other app with the ability to open CSV files.
 
Click the Polls button in the meeting controls. Launch the program. Meeting participants will now receive questionnaires. Live results will be available to the host.
