How to transfer files to a meeting during zoom meeting
With in-meet file transfer, you can send files to other participants in the meeting.
This option can not be enabled if the end-to-end encryption option is enabled.

Enable in-meet file transfer
Set to All in Organization (Set by Owner or Administrator)
- An administrator logs in to the Zoom web portal and clicks [ Account Settings ].
- [ Meeting [of] file transmission Make sure that the feature is enabled.If the setting is invalid, switch the Status switch to enable. When the authentication dialog appears, click to turn on and select], to validate the change.
- (Optional) To make this setting mandatory for all users of your account, click the lock icon and click Lock to confirm the setting.
Set to a specific group (set by owner or administrator)
- An administrator with permission to edit user groups signs in to the Zoom web portal and clicks Group Management .
- Click the name of the group and then click the Settings tab.
- [ Meeting [of] file transmission Make sure that the feature is enabled.If the setting is invalid, switch the Status switch to enable. When the authentication dialog appears, click to turn on and select], to validate the change.
- (Optional) To make this setting mandatory for all users of this account, click the lock icon and click Lock to confirm the setting.
Individual settings
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal and click My Meeting Settings .
- [ Meeting Make sure that the [Send File function of is enabled.If the setting is invalid, switch the Status switch to enable. When the authentication dialog appears, click to turn on and select], to validate the change.
Using in-meet file transfer
- Click [ Chat ] during Zoom meeting .
The following instructions will be displayed when the file has been successfully sent.
- When the file is sent, participants will be notified and the option to download the file will be available.
- [ Download ] is chosen, you can view the file.
