Setting up alerts for call queue analytics in Zoom
A call queue real-time analysis can be customized by account owners and admins to display e-mail alert notifications for specific KPIs by specifying thresholds that are triggered for monitoring specific KPIs. It would be possible, for example, to set up alerts for when the Service Level KPI falls below 10%, so that you are notified of the situation.
Using the dashboard view, it is possible to subscribe to email updates about the call queue historical dashboard.
