Check all the cloud records in your account
- Log in to the Zoom web portal to access Recording Management .
I want to search records
Use the search menu at the top to search the records.
-Date range … You can search for meetings up to today.

I want to export the list
The following information can be exported to a CSV file by clicking the Export button.

- When you find the recording you want to view, click the meeting topic to view the file.
- This will display a list of individual files for this meeting.
- Change the agenda of a meeting :You can change the agenda of the meeting by clicking Edit (pencil mark) next to the meeting agenda.You can play, download, share, and delete files by cursoring each file. I want to delete a file
Delete all files in account
- Click [Delete all] without entering a date range or search condition.
Delete all search result files
- Enter the date range and search criteria.
- Click Search .
- Click [ Delete All ].
- A window pops up asking if you want to delete all the records matching the search criteria.
Delete files at each meeting
- Find the meeting that has the file you want to delete.
- Click Delete on the right side of the agenda .
Delete individual files
- Find the meeting that has the file you want to delete.
- Click a meeting topic.
- Place the cursor on the individual file that you want to move to the trash and click [trash can mark].
About files in the trash
Files are completely deleted after being stored in the trash for 30 days.
At this time, cloud recording storage is not considered.
If there are no deleted files, the Trash option does not appear.
Restore files from trash
If you want to restore several at once
Check the meeting you want to restore, and click on the “Recover” button that appears at the top.
If you want to restore individually one by one
Click Restore on the right side of the individual meeting .
Delete all files completely
- Click [Empty Trash] in the upper right.
- You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the file completely.
If you want to empty, click [Empty].
If you want to delete several at once
Check the meeting that you want to restore, and click Remove that appears at the top.
If you want to restore individually one by one
Click Delete on the right side of the individual meeting .
