  • Start Microsoft Outlook by clicking on the Start button.
  • Next, click File, then Configure, then Configure again.

  • From the Exchange account selection, click the Change button.

  • Click the Use Cached Exchange Mode button under Offline Settings.

  • Outlook should restart after you click the Use Cached Exchange Mode button.
