When joining a meeting or webinar using Internet Explorer

If you receive the following error, follow these steps to add Zoom as a trusted site and allow it to run:

 

Perform the following steps to resolve this issue:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Select [ Internet Options ] from the [ Tool ] menu .
3. [ Security Select the tab
4. [ Trusted sites and select].
5. [ Custom Level and select].
6. [ To run the components signed with Authenticode ] whether to select, [ to enable you to select].
7. [ Ok Select and apply a].

 

Next, follow the steps below to add Zoom. Us to your list of trusted sites.

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. [ Tool [of] menu Internet Options and choose].
3. [ Security Select the tab
4. [ Trusted sites and select].
5. [ Site and choose].
6. ” Add this Web site to the zone , enter Zoom.us in the input field under the”.
7. [ Add and choose].
8. [ Close and choose].
