How to enable Showing Zoom windows during screen share
This feature allows you to share your screen with the other participants and the Zoom desktop application window appears to them. A Zoom user can show the features of the meeting toolbar as well as show actions in the Zoom desktop client. When screen sharing, you can refer to a Zoom Window or a meeting control during the screen share to show another participant how you are using Zoom or to teach another participant about the different Zoom features you are using.
Note: When you share your screen, the Zoom window and meeting controls are not shared by default with other participants. Zoom’s Show Zoom windows during screen sharing feature requires being enabled in the Zoom web portal before it will be available in the Zoom desktop client.

How do I see all participants in Zoom while sharing screen?
At the top of the panel, in the Film Strip section, you will find an icon that will allow you to view participants in Gallery View. By default, the participants are going to be shown in a vertical video strip. However, if you drag the video panel to the sides of your screen, or to the top or bottom of your screen, they will be shown in a horizontal video strip.
Why can’t I see participants on Zoom?
The Zoom window can be toggled from Active Speaker View to Gallery View by tapping ‘Switch to Gallery View’ in the upper-left corner of it. The controls will not appear if you don’t tap the screen. Press the screen a few times until they appear. Changing to Gallery View is only possible when there are two or more people in the meeting at the same time. If you click on this, a gallery view will be displayed.
Why can’t I see side by side mode in Zoom?
Please note that if you have dual monitors enabled in your profile, side-by-side mode will not work as it should. It is very important that you do not enable this setting (See below for more information). It is important to know that when presenting a screen during a meeting, you should select “Side-by-Side Mode” under “View Options”. Your zoom screen will have this option located at the top, which you can access by clicking on it.
How do I enable Zoom Mini Windows?
The shortcut to switch from Full Window to Mini Window view is to click on the minimize icon in the application window. The upper-right on a Windows user’s computer, and the upper-left on a Mac user’s computer, is where you will find it. Rather than sharing a video, you have the option of sharing the content of your desktop/screen, rather than the entire video.
