How to Use Zoom Phone with the GSuite add-on
In your Google Workspace account you will be able to access Zoom Phone functions directly from Gmail, Google Calendar and Gmail, see recent calls history, view Zoom and Google contacts, and make Zoom Phone calls. Contacts from your zoom phone list must have at least one phone number associated with them in order to be eligible to make Zoom Phone calls.

How to make Zoom Phone calls from Google Workspace
From Gmail or Google Calendar
- Gmail and Google Calendar can be accessed using a web browser.
- The Zoom for Google Workspace icon can be found in the right-side panel.
- Select the contact you want to add.
- If you want to search using a name, enter the name and click on Search, or scroll down the contacts list and click on the name of the contact that you want.
- Click on the phone icon next to the contact’s number to call that specific extension or number.
After clicking on the phone icon, Zoom will automatically dial the number for you. The Google Workspace add-on will automatically make calls to Zoom when it is prompted for the amount of time to allow that to happen.

From a Google Calendar event
- You can open Google Calendar by using a web browser.
- Right-click on the Zoom for Google Workspace icon in the sidebar to open the Zoom for Google Workspace dialog box.
- Choose the event you’d like to view.
There will be a Zoom for Google Workspace panel to the right, which will be populated with the invite details for the meeting, including the names of participants. - Click on the name of an attendee to make a Zoom Phone call with them.
Once the Zoom desktop client is open, the attendees phone number will be automatically dialed. Zoom is able to make calls from the Google Workspace add-on automatically for a period of time, if you are prompted to do so.

From an email
- To open Gmail, you will need to use a web browser.
- You will find the Zoom for Google Workspace icon in the right-hand panel.
- Click on an email address.
This panel, which will be available on the right side of Zoom for Google Workspace, will show you details of the email thread, including a list of call contacts. - To make a Zoom Phone call, you must choose a contact and click their name.
When Zoom opens, a call will be made automatically when you click the contact’s name. In the Google Workspace add-on, you will be prompted to choose the amount of time Zoom can make calls automatically if the button is clicked.

How to view call history
