You can choose which countries you want to use for audio conferencing when you buy a plan that includes audio conferencing. Once you have made your initial selection, you will have the option to add or remove countries through the Zoom web portal.

Updating the dial-in countries on an audio conferencing plan

If you want to change the countries that are enabled for audio conferencing, you can do the following:

  1. Join Zoom’s web portal by logging in with your account information.
  2. From the Account Management section, you should select Billing.
  3. Within the Audio Conferencing section, you can view or edit country and region information.
  4. Upon selecting a country, you will be given the option of providing toll-free, fee-based tolls (toll-in) and call-out numbers.
  5. Select the latter and click Save.
