Frequently Asked Question

Here are some instructions on how to change the display used as a touch screen on a monitor
  1. The conference room can be accessed by logging into Zoom Rooms.
  2. The meeting controls screen has a Settings button in its bottom-right corner. Click this button to access the controls.
  3. When the Displays window appears, you will need to enter the room’s passcode if prompted.
  4. Use this as a touchscreen display by tapping this on the touchscreen monitor.
The only exception is Zoom Rooms for Touch, which has some controller features built into the touch screen. With or without a controller, Zoom Rooms for Touch can function, but pairing it with a controller provides full functionality.
If the controllers are the same type, they can be added and used together in one Zoom Room (i.e., two Windows controllers will work together, but one Mac controller will not work).

From your iPad or Android tablet, you can use Life size Room Controller to manage your video conferencing experience. Google Play Store and Apple App Store both offer downloads.
Except for the keyboard and navigation bar, tap anywhere on the The screen can be navigated by dragging 2 fingers. Zoom can be adjusted by pinching with two fingers. Re-press your magnification shortcut to stop magnification.
In the absence of a webcam on your computer or an in-room video conferencing system, you can use the Zoom app on your smartphone or tablet. Mobile devices with Zoom can be used as webcams using their front-facing/selfie cameras.

Zoom’s main menu includes a Screen Share Meeting option for instant audio-only meetings. On the scheduling interface, select Screen Share Meeting (Video does not start automatically) to schedule an audio-only meeting.
