Attend meeting in Zoom

1. Open the Zoom app.
2. When the Zoom app opens, tap Sign In or Join Meeting.
3. Here are three ways to join a meeting from the app.

1 Attend an instant meeting (sign in required)

a. Call a user

• • Sign in, tap [Contacts], and select the user you want to start the meeting from among the users in [Directory] (contacts)
  • Tap Video Call to make a meeting call with video or tap Free Call to make a meeting call without video.

b Call Zoom Rooms

1. 1. Sign in, tap [Contacts], and select ZoomRooms from the list in [Room].
   2. Tap Video Call to make a meeting call with video or tap Free Call to make a meeting call without video.

2 Attend a scheduled meeting (sign in required)

Sign in, tap Meeting, and then tap Start on the list of meetings to join.

3 Enter the meeting ID (Available without signing in)

• Tap [Join] on the home screen.

Holding a meeting

• • Tap New Meeting, and then tap
  • Start Meeting.
  • If you use a personal meeting ID (PMI), turn the toggle green.

Invite participants

• Tap [Participant]> [Invite],
  [Send Mail], [Send Message], [Invite Contact], [Invite ZoomRooms], [Copy URL], [H.323 / SIP Remedy] From the system invitation, invite participants.
• Alternatively, you can join the meeting by sharing the meeting ID displayed at the top of the screen.

After setting up, you can configure settings for meetings, contacts, messages, notifications, and general.

You can change your profile picture, your name, your phone contact verification settings (see below).

Meeting Settings
