Managing a Hub’s Event Listings page in Zoom
Depending on your hub owner’s or manager’s preferences, you can control which events will appear on your hub’s public event listings directory by listing or unlisting the events you have created. The events listed on the hub can be featured, sorted, and filtered by the users. Event Listings can be useful for finding other hosts’ created events as they display only hub events on the hub’s Event Listings page.
Event listings are a great way for hub owners and hub managers to provide their attendees with an organized and easier to manage event listing experience by using the Event Listings page.

Prerequisites for managing event listings
- Zoom desktop client
- Windows: 5.7.6 or higher
- macOS: 5.7.6 or higher
- Zoom mobile client
- iOS: 5.7.6 or higher
- Android: 5.7.6 or higher

- In order to create a paid event, you will need a Stripe or PayPal Business account
- An event license for Zoom Events must be purchased
- While version 5.7.6 of Zoom Events does support Windows’ Webview package for the Windows platform, there is a dependency with Windows’ Webview package; this may cause hosts to experience a blank lobby experience when using Zoom Events.
- It is strongly recommended that hosts update their Zoom desktop client/mobile application in order to be able to access the latest Zoom Events and Webinar features available.
How to access the Event Listings page
- Join Zoom Events by signing in with your Zoom account.
- You can find the Manage button at the top of the page, which is located in the right hand corner.
- Choose the hub you wish to manage from the dropdown menu in the left navigation menu, then click the Manage Hubs button.
- To manage event listings for a hub, choose the one you wish to manage from the drop-down menu.
You will be able to view the upcoming and previous events that have taken place at your hub.
How to manage event listings
- You will need to sign in to Zoom Events in order to participate.

Go to the Events Listings page to access the list of upcoming events.
- It is possible to view events associated with your hub by clicking either the Upcoming Events or Past Events tabs.
For your hub’s events, you will see the following information displayed:
- Event: The name of the event will be displayed on this screen.
- waiting room , the screen will change to the following screen. Please wait until the Host: The email address or username of the host is displayed in this field.
- Event Time: Dates and times of the event will be displayed in this field.
- Listed: On the listing page of your event listings, you will find all the events that have been listed in the Events tab. On the event listings page, you will not be able to see events that have not been listed.
The Show Featured Events Only toggle is available on both the Upcoming Events tab as well as the Past Events tab so that you can choose whether you want to enable it or disable it. This setting will only display events that are featured if it is enabled.

Feature upcoming events
A featured event can be set in the Upcoming Events tab by adding the following information:
- Please select the check box next to an upcoming event that you would like to attend.
- Select the option to make the item featured by clicking on it.
As a result, the selected event will become the featured event for your hub as soon as you click this button.- When your featured event is selected, a star will appear next to the name of the event.
- In your hub’s public profile, your featured event will be displayed under the Featured Events section, which will be visible to everyone.
You can set all upcoming events as featured events in the Upcoming Events section of the page:
- Make sure that the check box next to Event is selected.
All upcoming events will be selected when you click on this button. - To set the item as a featured item, click the Set as Featured button.
You can select all the events you would like to be featured on your hub by clicking this button.- The name of the featured event will be accompanied by a star.
- On your hub’s public profile under Featured Events, you will be able to see a list of featured events featured on your hub.
Additional upcoming event actions
For each upcoming event, you will be able to perform the following actions within the Upcoming Events tab:
- Find the event you are interested in managing and click on it.
- When you are looking at the event, click the ellipses to the right of it.
- In order to perform your desired action, you should click the following button:
- A new event can be created by editing the existing event
- It is possible to duplicate an event
- Register and manage your registrations
- A message can be sent to the registrants by clicking the button below
- You can view the profile of the event or conference (the page with the details of the event)
- (Only for conference events) You can view the history of changes to the event.
- A control and analytics system for conference events only (for conference events only)
- The ability to integrate (only for conferences)
- The Hub Event can be canceled at any time.
Past Events tab
Feature past events
You can make a past event a featured event from the Past Events tab of your account:
- You can select a past event by checking the box to the left of it.
- There are a number of actions you can choose from:
- Select Set as Featured from the drop-down menu.
The selected event will be set as the hub’s featured event as a result of this action.- Your featured event’s name will appear with a star next to it.
- In the Featured Events section of your hub’s public profile, you will be able to display a link to your featured event.
- Select Set as Featured from the drop-down menu.
A featured event can be selected for all events in the Past Events tab by setting the following setting:
- Click on the checkbox next to Event to enable it.
This will select all events that have already taken place in the past. - Choose one of the following actions from the following list:
- Set as Featured by clicking the Set as Featured button.
The selected events will then be set as the featured events for your hub as soon as you click the button.- As soon as your featured events are selected, a star will appear next to their names.
- In your hub’s public profile, under Featured Events, you will be able to view the featured events you have listed.
- Set as Featured by clicking the Set as Featured button.
Additional past event actions
There are a number of things you can do for each past event under the Past Events tab, including:
- The first thing you need to do is find an event that you would like to manage.
- If you click the ellipses to the right of the event, you will be able to edit it.
- In order to take the action you want, click the following button:
- The duplication of an event
- The registration process can be managed by the registration manager
- Messages should be sent to all registrants after the event
- Please note that only conference events will be able to change the lobby close date
- The Event or Conference Profile (the details page for the event) can be viewed by clicking here
- Check the changes that have been made (only available for conference events)
- (Only applicable to conference events) Analytics and Control
- The integration of conference events (only applicable to conference events)
How to list or unlist events

The Event Listings page can be accessed by clicking here.
- The Upcoming Events tab can be found on the left side of the screen.
- The toggle can be found to the right of the event that you wish to manage, under the Listed column, where you can enable or disable the events that you wish to manage.
- In the event that you enable the toggle, the event will be listed under the Events tab on the page where you list your events.
- In order for the event to be visible in the Event Listings tab on the page of event listings, the toggle must be enabled and, once it is enabled, the event will automatically be unlisted.
How to filter events

Here you will find a list of upcoming events.
- You can find upcoming events and past events through the tabs at the top of the page.
- You can filter the events by listing status by clicking the dropdown menu located in the top right corner of the page.
Listed, Unlisted, and All listings can all be filtered according to your preference.

To edit an event:

How do I check Zoom on event registration?
After creating an event, you can access the registration management page

How do I publish an event on Zoom events?
Make sure you are logged into Zoom Events before you start. Click on Create in the top-right corner of the screen. Once you click the Create Event button, you will see a pop-up window appear.
