What you can do with calendar integration
The Zoom meeting and webinar information on the user’s calendar can be linked to the Zoom client, making it easy to join the Zoom meeting.
If the meeting participation link is not linked, the meeting will not be displayed.
Calendar integration is compatible with Google Calendar, Office 365, Exchange.
Prerequisites
- Zoom desktop client for Mac version 4.1.23108.0402 or later
- Zoom desktop client for Windows version 4.123108.0402 or later
Cooperation method
Set Calendar Integration with Google Calendar
- On the Zoom desktop client, click Meeting .
- Click Add Calendar .
- The Zoom web portal is displayed in the default web browser.
- Click [ Google Calendar ] .
- If you logged in to multiple Google accounts, click the account you want to integrate.
- Click Allow to provide Zoom access to Google Calendar.
- The integrated calendar is displayed in My Meeting Settings .
- To enable the integration, you need to sign out of the desktop client and sign in again.
Set up calendar integration in Office 365
- On the Zoom desktop client, click Meeting .
Click Add Calendar.
- The Zoom web portal is displayed in the default web browser.
- Click [ Office 365 ] .
- The Office 365 settings page is displayed.
- [Office 365 account email address] : Enter the email address associated with your Office 365 account.
- Office 365 email password : Enter the password associated with your Office 365 account.
- EWS URL : The Office 365 default EWS URL is entered here. Leave this default unless your Office 365 account uses your own configuration.
- Click [Authorize] .
- The integrated calendar is displayed in My Meeting Settings .
- To enable the integration, you need to sign out of the desktop client and sign in again.

Configure Calendar Integration in Exchange
- On the Zoom desktop client, click Meeting .
- Click [A Calendar] .
- The Zoom web portal is displayed in the default web browser.
- Click [ Exchange ] .
- The Exchange Settings page is displayed.
- [Exchange login username or UPN] : Enter the username or UPN associated with the Exchange account.
- [Exchange login password] : Enter the password associated with the Exchange account.
- Exchange Version : Select the version of Exchange. If you do not know the Exchange version, please contact your internal IT team.
- EWS URL : Enter your organization’s EWS URL. If you do not know the EWS URL, please contact your internal IT team.
- Click [Authorize] .
- The integrated calendar is displayed in My Meeting Settings .
- To enable the integration, you need to sign out of the desktop client and sign in again.
Use calendar integration
When linking to the Zoom account in the calendar, Zoom checks the calendar for future Zoom meetings. Of Zoom desktop client [meeting] in the tab, you will see the Zoom meeting, which is scheduled. Here you will see all the meetings scheduled in your Zoom account, as well as upcoming events.
When you move the cursor to an invited meeting, the Join button is displayed. When you move the cursor to a meeting that you host, the Start , Edit , Delete , and Copy buttons appear.
Note : After initial setup of Calendar Integration, you need to sign out of the desktop client and sign in again.
Turn Calendar Integration Off / On
- Log in to the Zoom web portal and navigate to My Meetings Settings.
- Switch off calendar integration settings (gray). This preserves the integrated calendar but disables integration.
- If you want to turn on integration again, switch the setting on (blue). The calendar will continue to be displayed.
Remove Calendar Integration
- Log in to the Zoom web portal and navigate to My Meetings Settings.
- Under Calendar Integration , click Delete next to the calendar name to delete it.
- Confirm that Calendar integration will be deleted by clicking [Delete] .
