[Admin] How to Sign in to Zoom Rooms
- Sign in as owner, admin or user
- Open the Zoom Rooms application on your computer.
- Open the Zoom Rooms application on the Zoom Rooms controller tablet.
- The pairing code is displayed on the computer. Enter this code into the controller.
- On the Zoom Rooms controller, tap Sign In .
- Sign in as an account owner, administrator, or as a user with the Zoom Rooms role.
- Tap the name of this Zoom Room.
- The computer and controller are signed in.
- Sign in using your activation code
- After setting the Zoom Room on the web, open the Zoom Rooms application on your computer.
- Open the Zoom Rooms application on the Zoom Rooms controller tablet.
- The pairing code is displayed on the computer. Enter this code into the controller.
- On the Zoom Rooms controller, tap [ Enter Activation Code ].
- Enter the activation code you received via web portal or email.
- The computer and controller are signed in.
- Add a role to access Zoom Rooms for non-administrative users
- Log in to zoom.us and move to [Manage Roles ] under [User Management] .
- Click Add Role .
- Enter a role name such as Zoom Room .
- Check [ Display ] of [ Zoom Rooms ]
- Click Save Changes at the bottom .
- Edit the Zoom Room user to grant access to the Zoom Room
- Move to [ User ] under User Management .
- Find the Zoom Room email address. Click [ Edit ] on the right .
- From the Role drop-down, select the [ User Role ] created in step 3 above .
- Click Save .
You can log in to Zoom Room using your Zoom Room work email address, or as an administrator or owner.
