You can reset your Zoom account password by following these steps:

  1. Visit zoom.us/forgot_password in your web browser and follow the directions.
  2. You will need to enter your email address and verify the reCAPTCHA.
  3. Then click on Send.
  4. To reset your set-up password at the individual meeting, go to the settings tab and enable it. This setting will give you the option to set your password will be sent to the email address entered. Once you have clicked on the link, you will receive a confirmation email.
  5. Please enter your new password in the box provided.
  6. If necessary, enter it once more to confirm your new password.
  7. After that, click the Save button. Your password has now been reset and you are now logged in to the Zoom web portal.
  8. In order to access the Zoom web portal, click Go to My Meetings.
