Notes for features with partial support
Admin password
To support admin passwords on AudioCodes 445HD, 450HD, C450HD, the following firmware requirements are required:
- 3.4.6.565 or later for 445HD, 450HD, and C450HD
There are some models of desk phone that aren’t compatible with the Admin Password setting located in the account-level settings for the desk phone:
- AudioCodes: MP112, MP114, MP118, and Mp124
- Algo SIP-based devices
- That have been integrated with CyberData
Aim call park (park using line key)
Using the line key, you can park using aim call on these models:
- AudioCodes: C450HD, 445HD, 450HD

Assisted provisioning
Algo: Algo paging devices can be provisioned with assistance. The issue with certain devices such as the model 8180 will also require users to manually provision the device as Other/Generic when the issue is resolved. For now, we are working on finding a way to resolve the issue that prevents some devices from passing assisted provisioning.
CyberData: CyberData paging devices can be configured with assisted provisioning. The older product lines may still need to be manually provisioned as Other/Generic device types since some do not support SSL device certificates needed for assisted provisioning (also known as auto-URL provisioning). CyberData support can provide more details. CyberData devices that support assisted provisioning can be identified.
Do not disturb (DND) status
You can only set the DND status on the phone that you have set it to. As I mentioned above, the Zoom desktop client or mobile app does not sync this status with other desk phones or the mobile app that is assigned to you.
Depending on the manufacturer, the DND status will function differently:
- Poly: It is blocked that you receive sound notifications, but you will still see visual notifications on your device.
- Yealink: Sound notifications and visual notifications are both blocked.

You can delegate calls to a group of phones by using the following phone models. A model that is not on this list may have some features, for example, the ability to make and receive calls over a shared line, but they will not display the status of the shared line.
