Viewing managed devices in Zoom App

With Zoom Device Management, you can centrally manage all of your devices for all users belonging to the same account. You will be able to see all of your managed devices that are currently enrolled or not enrolled in ZDM in the Device List.

Note : 

  • When you do not have devices enrolled in ZDM, you have the ability to upgrade, downgrade, remove them from the list; however, they are unable to be edited for further management.
  • In some cases, you may lock all your device settings.

Viewing managed devices requires the following requirements

  • Ownership rights or administrative privileges
  • in connection with a Zoom Room device or a Zoom client or Zoom Phone appliance

The following are instructions on how to view managed devices

For a list of your managed devices, click on the following link:

Note: You can customize the columns that appear on the left side of the screen by selecting the settings gear in the top right corner.

  1. Join the Zoom web portal by logging in.
  2. On the left-hand side of the page, click Device Management, followed by Devices.
  3. A drop-down menu will appear where you can select a filter such as:
    • All Managed Devices
      • Enrolled in ZDM: Devices enrolled in ZDM.
      • Not enrolled in ZDM: Devices not enrolled in ZDM.
        Notice: Zoom Clients are still not supported at this time.
      • HaaS: A Zoom Phone Hardware as a Service (HaaS) plan includes a Zoom Room or Zoom Phone that is purchased under that plan.
      • Assigned: Devices that are associated with users or rooms.
      • Unassigned: Devices that are not associated with users or rooms.
    • There are a number of different types of zoom devices (you can view a list of the different types of devices)
    • In the case of Zoom Rooms and Zoom Phones, all machine partner devices (hardware as a service-HaaS) will be supported.

In the Zoom Device Management (ZDM) tool, administrators can get access to additional features on Zoom Room devices remotely through a centralized management tool for managing rooms, devices and device interactions.
Log into your Zoom account on your phone by opening the Zoom app on your phone. Choose Meet & Chat from the tab at the top of the screen. On your mobile device, you can choose to join the in-progress meeting by tapping Switch next to the session listed as In Progress. The other device connected to the meeting will automatically disconnect once you have successfully joined the meeting on the mobile app.
The Zoom Room you wish to make changes to can be accessed by clicking the Edit link to the right of the Zoom Room. By clicking the button next to the name of the room, you will be able to access the room. To edit the profile of a device, click on the profile that you wish to edit. Clicking on the Delete button will enable you to make edits to the device profile, or you can delete it completely if you wish.
It is possible to utilize the resources of both devices when using Zoom with two devices. Join the meeting on your second device by logging in to your account on your second device. In the participants menu, both devices will appear when both devices are logged in and they both will be visible to you.
 
Viewing the list of managed devices in your account is one of the easiest things you can do
  1. The Zoom web portal can be accessed by logging in to the account.
  2. The device management tool can be found in the navigation menu, then the list of devices can be accessed.
  3. On the left hand side, you will find a tab labeled Devices.
  4. The best way to find the device you are looking for is to type the name of the device into the search box.
  5. It is possible to filter the results by clicking on the drop-down menu, which will let you select either Windows or All Platform OS.
